About the team

Ana-Lisa Gertner is a New York–based family mediator, divorce coach, and communication and conflict resolution consultant with a passion for helping professionals strengthen their mediation, communication, and conflict resolution skills. With more than twenty years of professional experience, Ana-Lisa brings a unique combination of mediation, coaching, and real-world consulting expertise to her teaching.

As a Director at the Center for Mediation and Training, she supervises a weekly practicum for emerging mediators and trains family and divorce professionals using a practical, interactive approach. She is co-founder of MediationTrainings.com and works with individuals, families, and organizations to strengthen communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills. 

As an active leader in the mediation community, Ana-Lisa serves on the Advisory Board of FamilyKind, the Continuing Education Committee of the Family and Divorce Mediation Council of New York (FDMC), and the Training & Education Committee for Marital Mediation at the Academy of Professional Family Mediators (APFM). She is also an active member of APFM, FDMC, and the New York State Council on Divorce Mediation (NYSCDM).

Ana-Lisa earned a BA from the American College in London and a Master’s degree in Marketing Communications from the University of Westminster in London.

Donna Petrucelli is an attorney, mediator, and Director at the Center for Mediation & Training, where she also co-directs the Center's Supervised Practicum. With over twenty years of experience as a professional negotiator, Donna brings a rare breadth of perspective to her mediation practice — shaped by her prior work as a medical malpractice defense litigator, general counsel to a large not-for-profit, and employment lawyer. She is also co-founder of MediationTrainings.com

Donna is a past Chair of the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Women in the Law and was appointed to both the NYSBA President's Task Force to Develop Leadership and Diversity and the President's Task Force on Gender Equity.

Donna specializes in high-conflict divorces and helps couples redirect their energies to developing better communication skills and making positive changes to their interpersonal dynamics for the benefit of their families.

Donna is an active member of the Academy of Professional Family Mediators, the Family and Divorce Mediation Council of New York, and the New York State Council on Divorce Mediation, and she is a member of the New York State Bar. She has presented at numerous conferences throughout her career and, along with Ken Neumann, was interviewed in the documentary The Big Flip.

Glynnis McManamy is the Director of Operations at MediationTrainings.com and serves as Executive Administration Coordinator at FamilyKind, where she supports organizational operations and initiatives while continuing her professional development in family mediation.

 

She serves as a Small Claims Mediator with the Nassau County District Court, is a Custody and Visitation Mediation Apprentice with EAC Network, and completed advanced apprenticeship training in separation and divorce mediation through FamilyKind and the Center for Mediation & Training.

 

Drawing on a background in mediation, nonprofit administration, and data management, Glynnis brings a thoughtful, organized approach to supporting mediation professionals and delivering high-quality training programs.

 

She is passionate about expanding access to effective conflict resolution and helping professionals develop skills and confidence to navigate difficult conversations.
