Circuit Civil Mediation Training

 To Register by Mail, or Fax, select your training course(s) and click on "Add To Cart," then "Check Out," and complete the registration form, print it, and fax it to us, with your credit card information, at 305-446-4978, or you may mail the completed form, together with your check payable to Mediation Services, Inc., 111 Majorca Ave., Coral Gables, FL 33134. Mediation Services, Inc. (MSI) reserves the right to cancel and/or change dates/time of any training program, without prior notice, and for any reason, in which case a full refund of fees will be made.

In the event a trainee wishes to cancel a confirmed reservation, a full refund will be granted, less a $50 administrative fee, only if written notice of your cancellation is received by Mediation Services, Inc., 14 days prior to the commencement of any certified training. After that date, there will be no refunds of any kind.
