For additional registration information, or special needs request, please contact our Training Coordinator at 866-401-4529. Mediation Services, Inc. (MSI) reserves the right to cancel any program, in which case a full refund of fees will be made. A $50.00 administrative fee will be charged for your cancellation or withdrawal until 14 days prior to any certified training. When you enroll in the course(s) we reserve a space for you, and therefore if you withdraw or cancel after 14 days prior to any training all payments will be deemed to be earned by MSI and no refunds will be issued.
