Mel Rubin, is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil, Family, and Federal Mediator for over 20 years. He has mediated thousands of cases in all areas of conflict. He has trained over 6,000 professionals throughout the world in mediation and ADR. Mr. Rubin is a practicing civil, family and collaborative lawyer with 35 years of experience. He helped organize the Hurricane mediation programs in Florida in 1992 and again in 2004. He currently serves on the Florida Supreme Court Mediation and Arbitration Policy Committee and is Past President of the Florida Association of Professional Family Mediators. Lastly he also teaches at the University of Miami Law School.

In reference to Mr. Rubin's international experience as a family law litigator he has handled numerous international cases involving many countries including Pakistan, Colombia, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Argentina and Mexico.  His wife Susan, is a PhD psychologist who is also a family mediator for over two dozen years and they have worked together on various cases during over the two decades that they have both mediated.

Gary Canner, former Circuit Mediator for the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Judicial Circuit, is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and Family mediator and has presided over more than 7,000 civil, family and federal trial and appellate disputes. Mr. Canner is Mediation Counsel with Upchurch, Watson, White & Max with home offices in Maitland, Florida. 

 Mr. Canner is the Chair of the Florida Supreme Court Training Review Board and has taught more than 1,000 mediators as a Primary Civil and Family Mediation Trainer.

As a federal mediator, Mr. Canner served on The United States District Court Mediation Advisory Committee and is nationally recognized as an appellate mediation program trainer. He is a Diplomate Member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators.
