What Can I Expect From This Training Program?
Mediation Services, Inc., (MSI) is the only mediation training program in Florida with two state qualified Circuit Civil Primary Trainers. Mel Rubin and Gary Canner have combined more than thirty years of mediation experience to produce one of the most entertaining 40-hour hands-on teaching presentations.
The Florida Supreme Court mandates the required subject matter. But, the MSI program challenges each trainee to learn mediation tecniques by participating in role plays previously mediated by the primary trainers. Rubin and Canner have partnered their unique time-tested tag-team approach for thousands of trainees who have successfully entered the world of alternative dispute resoluiton.
What Are The Qualifications to Become a Florida Certified Circuit Civil or Family Mediator?
The qualifications are set forth in Florida Rules for Certified and Court Appointed Mediators, Rule 10.00, et. seq. What is the Daily Time Schedule for this 40-Hour Training?
We are punctual and begin every session promptly at 8:00am and finish at 5:30pm. (On the first day, registration commences at 7:45am.) In addition to lunch on your own, your course fee includes continental breakfast, mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshment breaks on the premises. (We will provide you with a list of local restaurants for lunch).
